Shipping rates
Shipping is charged once per order, in USD. The rate depends on your product total: the total price of all products in the order after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Available destinations and your final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

At $75 USD or more, the base shipping charge is waived. The $30 USD regional surcharge still applies where relevant. Priority dispatch adds $50 USD once per order; the regional surcharge also applies to priority orders where relevant. The amounts in the Priority dispatch column already include this $50 USD.
Normal destinations are the available destinations that are not on the regional list below.
Processing and delivery
Each order is prepared and then handed to a carrier for delivery. Standard shipping orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; delivery timing depends on the destination and the carrier.
Priority dispatch
All products are eligible for priority dispatch. A priority order is prepared and handed to the carrier within one business day, and no order cutoff applies. Priority orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Priority dispatch refers to preparation and handover to the carrier, not delivery within one business day. Delivery timing still depends on the destination and the carrier.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment on the carrier's website or through your Shopify account.
Duties and regional destinations
Luxury Desk Set covers import duties and taxes. You will not be asked to pay import duties or taxes on delivery.

Address changes and help
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you place your order. Address changes must be made before the shipment is processed. If you need to correct an address or have a question about a shipment, contact us right away with your order number; we cannot guarantee a change once processing has started.
