What is included in a desk set?
Each product page lists every piece with quantities — for example desk pad, pen cup, memo holder, business card holder, coasters, trays and, on most sets, a personalised nameplate base with two pens.
What size is the desk pad?
Sets use either a 34 × 48 cm or a 38 × 58 cm writing pad. The size is shown on every product card and product page.
Is it genuine leather?
No. The sets are made of faux leather; the Prestige set combines wood veneer with faux leather. Marble-look colours are a printed pattern on faux leather, not stone.
Can I personalise the nameplate?
Yes, on sets that include a nameplate: a name (up to 32 characters) and an optional title (up to 36). See the nameplate guide.
Can I choose gold or silver details?
On sets that offer the choice, gold or silver changes the metal components; the main surface colour stays the same.
Are paper and the items in the photos included?
Paper and calendar sheets are not included. Decorative items in photographs are not part of the set unless they appear in the product's list of pieces.
How much is shipping?
