What a corporate gift order can include

Unless you want a logo or custom work, a company order goes through the normal bag and checkout. One order can combine:

• Complete desk sets, one per person. A set is a desk pad plus the accessories that match it, and most sets include a nameplate. Several personalized sets can go in one order, each with its own name and title. Start from our desk sets with a personalized nameplate.
• Name plates on their own. For desks that are already furnished, the nameplate is sold as a single piece through Build Your Desk Set. On most models it is one unit with two ballpoint pens; personalized desk name plates shows each model's unit.
• Sets without a name. If you do not have the names, pick a set with no nameplate, such as the Cloud sets or the four- and five-piece sets.

Most of the range is faux leather. Each product page lists every piece; paper, calendar sheets and clock batteries are not included.

Who corporate gifts are for

• New hires, promotions and retirements. Take each name from the HR record, not from memory. The title line is optional: leave it empty for a retirement, or until a new title is official. If the desk already has one of our sets, order a name plate on its own in the same model and color.
• A leadership team. When executive gifts go to a board or a partner group, give every member the same set. Our executive desk sets have ten pieces or more; most include a document tray, and some add a clock or desk flags.
• An office opening. Furnishing every desk at once is the moment to settle on one model and one color. Order when the seating list is final.
• Client-facing desks. At reception the plate does not need a person's name: the name line can read Reception and the title line Visitor Check-In.
• Clients. Confirm the spelling of a client's name with their office, and check your organization's gift policy before you order.

How to keep a team's desks consistent

Pieces match within a model, so the simplest rule for personalized corporate gifts is one model and one color for everyone. Then settle three things:

• Desk pad size. There are two: 13.4 × 18.9 in (34 × 48 cm) and 15.0 × 22.8 in (38 × 58 cm). When the desks differ or cannot all be measured, take the smaller pad, which most sets use. The desk pad size guide explains how to measure.
• Set size. Compact sets (four to nine pieces) all have the smaller pad; executive sets (ten or more) have one or the other.
• Font and plate. Both are chosen per nameplate, not per order: pick one of the eight fonts and a gold or silver plate, and repeat the choice on every set.

The piece count can still differ by desk. Luna and Star each come in several set sizes with a nameplate, on one desk pad size and in one list of colors, so an 8-Piece Luna set can go on most desks and a 10-Piece set on the managers' desks.

Logo printing, custom sizes and custom models

For corporate and larger orders we can offer logo printing, custom sizes and custom models. None of the three can be selected at checkout: the product pages and the tool take text only. Contact us with what you have in mind before you order, and we will reply with the options.

How to place a corporate gift order

1. Choose the set and the color before you type any names.
2. Add one set per person. On the product page, type the name (up to 32 characters) and an optional title (up to 36), choose the font and the plate, and add the set to your bag. Repeat for each person. Raising the quantity does not work, because sets in the same bag line share one nameplate text.
3. Check the list of names. Open the bag and read every line against your list: each set shows its name, title, font and metal, and can still be edited there.
4. For name plates only, use Build Your Desk Set. Set the nameplate piece to the number you need. Each one gets its own card (name, title, font, plate color), and the tool can copy the first card to the others for you to rename.
5. For a logo or custom work, write to us first with the details listed below.

The plate is printed, not engraved, exactly as typed, so a typo in your list becomes a typo on a desk. The on-screen preview is approximate. For the characters a plate accepts, see the nameplate guide.

What to send when you ask about a custom order

• The number of sets or name plates.
• The model and the color, or a link to the product page.
• The names and titles, typed as they should appear.

Shipping and corrections

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. For an order with a fixed date, read the shipping policy first.

If a name turns out to be wrong after you order, send us the order number and the corrected text right away. We can change the nameplate text until the order has shipped; after that it cannot be changed. We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges, so the check in step 3 matters; the refund policy covers damaged, defective or incorrect sets.

Can each set have a different name?

Yes. Add each set to the bag on its own; each keeps its own name and title, and all go in one order.

Can we order name plates only?

Yes, through Build Your Desk Set. A single name plate is a complete order, no desk pad required, and every model except Cloud has a nameplate piece.

Can you print our logo?

On request, for corporate and larger orders. It is not an option on the product pages or in the tool, so ask through the contact page before you order.
