How to build your desk set
Build Your Desk Set, the tool above, lets you build your own desk set piece by piece. You choose a model, add only the pieces you need, pick one color for the set and personalize each nameplate. There is no minimum and every piece is priced on its own, so the result can be a complete custom desk set or a single piece such as a nameplate or a coaster. The tool has five steps.
1. Choose a model
Each set is built from one model, a family of matching pieces: Luna, Vega, Star, Cloud, Prestige, Vesta, Elegance, Galaxy, Pulsar, Venus, Chester or Genesis. Most models are faux leather. Prestige combines wood veneer with faux leather components. Vesta combines wood and faux leather. Genesis is the genuine leather model. The materials and care page defines each term.
The model fixes the desk pad size: 13.4 × 18.9 in (34 × 48 cm) for Luna, Vega, Cloud, Vesta, Galaxy and Venus; 15.0 × 22.8 in (38 × 58 cm) for Star, Prestige, Elegance, Pulsar, Chester and Genesis. The desk pad size guide shows how to measure your desk.
2. Choose your pieces
You see only the pieces made for the model you chose, because trays, nameplates and other shaped pieces are specific to a model. Set a quantity for each piece you want; nothing is preselected and no desk pad is required. Coasters are sold individually. Holders come without paper, calendar sheets or tissues, and clocks without a battery.
A nameplate comes as one unit with its pens, for example "Personalized Nameplate with Two Pens". On Chester the clock is attached to the nameplate, on Vesta the nameplate has a business card slot on the back, and on Genesis the pens come with a separate pen stand. Cloud has a two-pen stand in place of a nameplate.

- Document trays: single on Luna, Star and Pulsar; two-tier on Luna, Vega, Star, Cloud, Prestige, Elegance, Galaxy, Chester and Genesis.
- Clocks: a desk clock on Star and Prestige; a pen cup with an integrated clock on Elegance.
- Desk flags: one flag on Elegance, Galaxy, Venus, Chester and Genesis; a two-flag piece on Galaxy, Venus and Chester.
- Tissue holder: Vega, Star, Prestige, Elegance and Genesis.

3. Choose a color
One color applies to every piece in the set. Most models can be built in the full color range; Cloud, Prestige and Pulsar have a shorter list, and Vesta comes in black.
4. Personalize your nameplates
Each nameplate has its own card: a name of up to 32 characters, an optional title of up to 36, one of eight fonts and a gold or silver plate, chosen separately from the set color. With several nameplates, enter different details for each or apply the same details to all. The text is printed on a metal plate, not engraved, exactly as you type it; the on-screen preview is approximate. For a desk flag, type which flag you want, in up to 40 characters. 5. Review your set
The review lists each piece with its quantity, price and line total, then the set subtotal and the details of every nameplate. If something is missing, "Fix this" opens the step that needs it. The order summary totals all sets before anything goes into your cart.
To order a second model or color, choose "Add another set". "Duplicate set" copies a set's pieces and color, but not its nameplate or flag text. "Add all sets to cart" adds them together. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay; the frequently asked questions cover delivery and returns.

Build Your Desk Set FAQ
Can I order a single piece, such as a nameplate or a coaster?
Yes. No piece is required, and individual pieces are sold only through this page. That includes personalized desk accessories: to order a nameplate on its own, choose any model except Cloud, add its nameplate piece in step 2 and enter the name in step 4. Can I mix models or colors?
Within one set, every piece shares one model and one color. For a second model or color, add another set on the same page.
Does personalizing a nameplate cost extra?
No. The name, title, font and plate finish add nothing to the price of the nameplate piece.
Can I change a set after adding it to my cart?
Yes. In your cart, "Edit set" reopens the set in the builder and "Remove set" removes only that set. After you order, we can change nameplate text until the order has shipped; contact us with your order number.
Can I change the size of a piece or add a logo?
Not in the builder: sizes are fixed per model, and a nameplate takes text only. For corporate and larger orders, logo printing, custom sizes and custom models can be requested through the contact page.
