Compact Desk Sets
Compact desk sets have four to nine matching pieces on a 13.4 × 18.9 in (34 × 48 cm) desk pad, for small desks and home offices. Every compact set uses the same pad, so the difference is how many accessories sit around it and whether a nameplate is included. Each extra piece takes up desk space, so pick the ones you use every day.

Choosing a compact desk set
The pad is the same on every compact set, so choose by the pieces. To check the pad against your desk, see how to measure your desk for a desk pad.
- Just the essentials: the Luna 4 (pad, pen cup, memo holder, coaster) or the Vega 4, which swaps the coaster for a phone stand.
- Somewhere for business cards: the Luna 5 adds a business card holder to the Luna 4.
- A nameplate on a small desk: the Luna 8 adds a personalized nameplate and two ballpoint pens to the Luna 5; the Luna 9 also adds a phone stand.
- Calendar and three coasters: the Vega 9 has a calendar holder, a business card holder, a phone stand and three coasters.
- Genuine leather: the 5-piece genuine leather desk set has a pen cup, a memo holder, a two-pen stand with two pens and a letter opener.

A home office desk set for a small desk
A compact desk set works as a small desk organizer set: the pad marks the work area, and the other pieces stay grouped around it. The pad is 18.9 in (48 cm) wide and 13.4 in (34 cm) deep, so measure your laptop to see whether it sits on the pad or beside it. If you want laptop desk accessories for a tight surface, start with a four-piece set. For layouts, read home office desk accessories for small desks and how to organize your desk.
Before you order
- Nameplate: the Luna 8 and Luna 9 take a name of up to 32 characters and an optional title of up to 36, printed on a gold or silver plate; the nameplate guide lists the fonts.
- Pens: the Luna 4, Luna 5, Vega 4 and Vega 9 come without pens.
- Paper: memo and calendar holders come without paper or calendar sheets.
- Material: see materials and care for what faux leather is and how to look after each finish.
- Color: choices differ by family; the Color filter on this page shows the current options.
More pieces, or fewer
The Luna 10 adds a single or two-tier document tray to the Luna 9, and the Vega 12 adds a personalized nameplate and two ballpoint pens to the Vega 9. Both are executive desk sets: ten pieces or more, many on this same pad, some with a clock or desk flags. To pick small desk accessories one by one instead, use Build Your Desk Set: choose a model such as Luna or Vega and add only what you need. There is no minimum, and each piece is priced on its own.
